Biography

Daniel Andrés Santillan Pérez joined Pellerano & Herrera in 2022 as a lawyerin the Litigation department of the firm. He has over 7 years of experience andcurrently provides assistance to clients in criminal, civil, tax, and administrativematters.

Daniel obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Tecnológicade Santiago (UTESA) in 2020. He has participated in workshops on OralLitigation from the Perspective of the Victim as a Civil Actor, as well asspecialized courses in Litigation Techniques and Legal Argumentation. He holdsdiplomas in Applied Criminology in Intrafamily Violence, Trafficking andSmuggling of Migrants and Commercial Sexual Exploitation, Crimes and High-Tech Offenses, and the Constitutionalization of Administrative Law.

He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economic Criminal Law at theUniversidad Internacional De La Rioja, Spain.

Daniel has been involved in high-profile cases in the country related to economiccriminal law, such as fraud and money laundering, as well as simultaneousconservatory attachments. He has worked at the National Service of LegalRepresentation for the Rights of Victims of the Attorney General's Office.

Daniel is fluent in Spanish and has an intermediate level of English.
